Learn how to make Festive Favorite 'Rabri Shots' with our chef Deepu.<br /><br />Rabri Shot is a sweet, condensed-milk-based dish, made by boiling the milk on low heat for a long time until it becomes dense and changes its color to off-white or pale yellow. <br /><br />इस त्यौहार के मौके पर बनाए स्वादिष्ट 'रबड़ी शॉट्स' अपने दोस्तों और परिवार वालो के लिए | <br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 2)<br />- 500 ml Milk<br />- 1/4 cup Cream <br />- 1/4 cup Milk Powder<br />- Sugar<br />- 4 Bread Slices<br />- Cardamom Powder<br />- Saffron(soaked)<br />- Kewra Water<br />- Almonds(chopped)<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Heat milk in a wok and turn on the flame <br />2. Let it boil, and add cream once the quantity of milk comes down to 1/4th of the amount, that have been added <br />3. Turn down the flame; add cream and mix it <br />4. Now, add milk powder, sugar and mix it <br />5. Take bread slices, and cut its end of all the sides, and add it to the mixing bowl <br />6. Grind bread slices and add it to the wok <br />7. Mix it and add cardamom powder, soaked saffron, kewra water <br />8. Saute it for a few minutes, till the mixture turns thick and turn off the flame <br />9. Add Rabri in the shot glass and garnish it with some chopped almonds
